SEOUL -- "Physical: 100," a South Korean competition show featuring physically fit contestants engaging in various games and competitions to win prize money of 300 million won ($233,681), became the most watched content on Netflix's non-English chart. The reality survival content showcases various celebrities such as UFC fighter Akiyama Yoshihiro (Choo Sung-hoon) and the 2012 London Olympic vault champion Yang Hak-seon.

The global streaming service giant said that the survival show topped Netflix's weekly non-English TV show chart from February 6 to 12, recording a total of some 41.61 million hours of viewing. The content released on January 24 shows 100 members competing with each other to test their physical capabilities through various types of matches such as pulling a 1.5-ton boat with team members and enduring the pressure of a heavy ball weighing 100 kilograms (220.4 pounds).

Contestants include Choo Sung-hoon, a 47-year-old mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter who became popular in South Korea by appearing in a reality show with his daughter. Other famous participants include skeleton racer Yun Sung-bin, national wrestler Jang Eun-sil, and Agent H, a military YouTuber with some 897,000 subscribers.

Physical: 100 has also faced criticism for showcasing fierce competition between male MMA fighter Park Hyung-geun and female bodybuilder Kim Chun-ri. Although fans showed mixed views about Park pressing his female opponent's stomach with his knee, Kim said she has nothing to complain about the match through her Instagram post.
