Game publisher Pearl Abyss to launch global service for 'Black Desert Mobile' next month

SEOUL -- Pearl Abyss, the operator of the world's popular third-person-shooter game "PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS" (PUBG), will launch "Black Desert Mobile", a smartphone role-playing game, globally in December.

Pearl Abyss said in a statement on Tuesday that Black Desert Mobile will be launched in some 150 countries including the United States, Europe and Asia. The mobile massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) will support nine languages.

The mobile remake version of PC MMORPG was launched in South Korea and Japan in February this year. Black Desert Mobile, featuring superb graphics and unique gameplay, was downloaded more than 10 million times.
