SEOUL -- A special concert invites fans with the classic reinterpretation of Queen's music through collaboration between an orchestra and a prominent pianist-singer in recognition of the resurging popularity of the legendary British rock band in South Korea.

Stomp Music, a music event organizer in Seoul, said the concert would be held on March 17 next year at a classical theater to show the coexistence of pop and classic. Jeon Yoon-han, a South Korean pianist and singer, will collaborate with an orchestra to reinterpret Queen's hit songs.

The Bohemians, a rock band established in 1996 to re-enact the glory days of Queen, will visit South Korea in January for a three-day concert tour of Seoul and two other cities.

"Bohemian Rhapsody", a biographical film of Queen and its lead singer Freddie Mercury, has captured the hearts of South Korean moviegoers, selling more than eight million tickets since it was released on October 31. The film has attracted young and old generations who are not familiar with the British rock band.

The film's popularity has created a very rare scene at selected cinemas with fans singing and dancing together.
