SEOUL -- South Korean President Moon Jae-in visited Pyongyang on Tuesday to attend the three-day inter-Korean summit with North Korean Kim Jong-un. The South Korean president was accompanied by his counterpart in the North on a drive through Pyongyang where tens of thousands of citizens welcomed their neighbor waving North Korean flags, unification flags, representing all of Korea, and colorful paper flowers.
