Members of BTS, a world-popular K-pop boy band, expressed gratitude to support by fans after having their new album and title song listed on Billboard's prestigious music charts such as "Billboard's Hot 100" and "Billboard 200".

"We are deeply moved by fans' support," BTS said in a statement on Wednesday. Suga, a BTS member said: "This is like a dream coming true." Another member, Rap Monster, said: "It makes me even happier because the songs are in Korean."

Billboard releases weekly music charts based on sales of albums and songs. Other South Korean artists such as 2NE1, BIGBANG and Psy had their names on Billboard's charts but BTS is the only one to have its name on the Hot 100.

"It shocked me because I knew the chart is something that is not for everyone. We will continue to work harder to repay fans' love," said Jimin.
