TWICE's 'Cheer Up' becomes most loved song in S. Korea

South Korean girl group TWICE's "Cheer Up" has emerged as the year's most popular song with the largest number of accumulated steaming plays so far, according to Gaon Chart which releases the weekly popularity of songs or albums.

Gaon Chart showed the song has garnered about 93.7 million streams for 42 weeks after its release on April 24. TWICE has already recorded a milestone with its Cheer Up music video (MV) collecting , more than one million views on YouTube in less than a day of its release. 

Marking the first anniversary of their debut on Thursday, the girls uploaded an image showing their hands stretched out together, each wearing the same ring, on Instagram. They wrote : "twicetagram #트와이스 #TWICE #원스 #ONCE #1주년 (1st Anniversary)"
