It will be his first studio album in nine years. Part II will be released in the first half of next month, the agency, Dorothy Company, said. This year marks the 25th anniversary of his debut.
Shin, nicknamed the "Emperor of Ballad," is scheduled to hold a concert, dubbed "The Shun Seung-hun Show - I Am Shin Seung-hun," at the Grand Peace Hall of Kyung Hee University in Seoul from Dec. 4 to Dec. 6, according to Dorothy.
