China export fair opens at KINTEX

KOREA-CHINA FTA BUSINESS PLAZA: An export fair for small and medium-sized South Korean enterprises looking to sell their products to Chinese consumers opened at the Korea International Exhibition (KINTEX) Center in Goyang, north of Seoul, Monday. The two-day event, dubbed the Korea-China FTA Business Plaza, is participated in by 360 Chinese companies and 1,500 South Korean businesses, according to the organizers, the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corp. The fair is divided into six categories - consumption goods, argo/food products, parts, medical equipment/franchise, environment/energy and information technology (IT) industry.
