According to the poll of 5,000 consumers conducted by SurveyMonkey, an online survey development cloud based company, during the fourth quarter of last year, Samsung topped the customer loyalty list in the category of electronics/software with a rate of 35, above the industry benchmark of 19.
Apple and U.S. software company Intuit tied for second place with 28.
On the other hand, Apple took the top spot in customer service satisfaction with 41 percent, ahead of Samsung (25 percent), both far below the industry benchmark of 75, the survey said.
