EXO's 2nd album 'Exodus' ranks 5th on US iTunes chart

K-pop boy band EXO's second full-length album "Exodus" ranked fifth on the the U.S. iTunes general albums chart after its worldwide release on March 30, the group's management agency said.

The new album also took the No. 1 spot on a combined general albums chart of 11 Asian countries, including Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore and the Philippines, the agency, the agency, SM Entertainment, said.

It placed third both in Russia and Macau; fourth both in Turkey and Slovakia; fifth in Sweden, sixth in Finland, seventh in Spain and eight in Canada, SM said.

The album has 10 tracks, including "Call Me Baby," its title track; "Playboy"; and "Transformer." It is the first by the group since its five-track EP "Overdose" released in May last year.

The repackaged version of the group's first full-length album, "XOXO (Kisses & Hugs)," sold more than 1 million copies across the globe in 2013.
