CNBLUE’s ‘Wave’ tops Japan’s Oricon weekly albums chart

“Wave,” K-pop boy band CNBLUE’s third album released in Japan, topped Japan's Oricon weekly albums chart on Sept. 17. The album contains 11 tracks, including title piece “Radio,” written by the group’s leader Jung Yong-hwa.

CNBLUE is scheduled to perform during the closing ceremony of the Incheon Asian Games on Oct. 4, according to its management agency, FNC Entertainment, in Seoul. The group also plans to start a Japan arena tour on Oct. 29, it said.
