The forum will discuss strategies for sustainable growth in the era of creative convergence by linking Germany's "Industry 4.0 (the fourth industrial revolution)" project to the Park Geun-hye administration's "Creative Economy" plan.
In particular, Mario Ohoven, chairman of the Bundesverband Mittelstaendische Wirtschaft, and Uwe Kubach, vice chairman of Germany's SAP and professor emeritus of the Technical University Dresden, will introduce how the Industry 4.0 project has helped facilitate the sustainable growth of German economy.
Regarding economic cooperation between China and South Korea as a follow-up to the Beijing-Seoul summit, Li Tianwen, chairman of ISS Group, China, will deliver a keynote lecture under the title of "China's New Urbanization Policy and Ways to Help Korean Business Broaden Inroads into the Chinese Market." Han Pangming, deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee and president of the Chahar Society (former vice chairman of TCL Group), will give a special lecture on "China-Korea Economic Cooperation and Public Diplomacy: Expansion Plan."
In addition, some incumbent Cabinet ministers and economic experts will hold in-depth discussions on follow-up measures of President Park Geun-hye's summit diplomacy and new growth engine.
