Central Oregon also has a lot of beautiful places.

The cascade Lakes Scenic Byway is one of the most famous ones.

This is the road which connects between Bend and Crescent City and it goes through a lot of beautiful places.

You can see big Cascade mountains, including Mt. Bachelor, and many beautiful lakes along the highway 97.

Those mountains which provide a lot of scenic pleasures also play very important practical role. They block moist air from the Pacific, giving this region as many as 250 sunny days a year.
