“Kundo,“ based on a civil uprising during the 1849-1863 reign of King Cheoljong, the 25th monarch of Korea‘s Joseon Kingdom (1392-1910), depicts a butcher-turned-bandit who fights against the then exploitative upper class.
Directed by Yoon Jong-bin, the film stars actors Ha Jung-woo and Kang Dong-won.
