Friendly culture to disabled people

One of the greatest things in the US is that overall culture is friendly to disabled people. Disabled people can access anywhere and can do anything like "able-bodied" people.

Most of the buildings and facilities accomodate disabled people. This is the picture of wheel-chaired old people in Rose Garden in Portland.

They could easily access the garden and are enjoying sunshine and roses like other people.

The more important thing is that cultrurally, there is no bias against disabled people. They are saying that it is a result of cultural evolution since 1960s. They even have strick laws to protect the right of disabled people.
