Walmart Heiress files for divorce and a lawsuit against her husband

Walmart heiress, Paige Laurie Dubbert, filed for divorce and a civil lawsuit against her husband of 5 years, Patrick Bode Dubbert. Coming from such a wealthy family, Paige signed a prenup prior to the marriage naturally. The divorce document said the reason of divorce was recorded as irreconcilable differences.

Following the divorce, the heiress also filed a civil lawsuit against her husband according to TMZ. It is because she believes her husband has been using his business as an excuse to steal money from her pocket.

According to her prenup, Paige has to pay her husband spousal support once they divorce however, if this new civil lawsuit proves her husband has indeed been stealing intentionally, Paige may not have to pay him anything at all.

Along with divorce, the heiress also filed to change her name back to Elizabeth Paige Laurie.

Paige previously made a huge headline back in 2005 for buying her way around to get her bachelor’s degree in communications from USC (University of Southern California). A female student stepped forward and revealed she got paid the hefty sum of $20,000 for doing homework for Paige. Later, the heiress surrendered the degree back to USC.
