Justin Bieber will not strike a deal on his DUI case and will go on a trial, TMZ reported.

The prosecutors offered the no-contest plea bargain but Bieber’s side did not take the deal because the term included a random drug testing. If both sides does not agree on a term soon, the trial is inevitable.

Though the authorities admitted that the arresting officers were not 100% true on their reports but the prosecutors are confident enough to go on a trial. If charged, Bieber will be responsible for DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license.

Not only prosecutors want Bieber charged, over 200,000 people who signed up the petition to deport him back to Canada want him gone from U.S. for sure.

But all these incidents may be turning Bieber around as he wrote on his Instagram, "No more monkey business :P" and posted a photo of him and a gorilla statute. His fans were definitely more hopeful but the rest of the world still remained unimpressed with his recent stunts.
